There are no cancellations, returns, or refunds available. If your item was damaged in transportation, you are eligible for a refund (excluding the shipping cost) or exchange. To be eligible for a refund/ exchange, you must create an unboxing video from scratch that demonstrates the damage. Refund for all the eligible transactions will be done within 7 to 10 working days.

We are unable to offer refunds if we have been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, and if there are two failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner, or the package is refuced by the recipient.
